This syrup combines three active ingredients to target multiple symptoms at once: Paracetamol (120 mg / 5 mL): Lowers fever and relieves body aches or headaches. Oxolamine Citrate (50 mg / 5 mL): An anti-inflammatory agent that specifically helps calm and soothe a cough and sore throat. Chlorphenamine Maleate (1 mg / 5 mL): An antihistamine that reduces allergy-like symptoms such as a runny nose, sneezing, and nasal/sinus congestion. 2. Dosage and Instructions for Use Always use a proper measuring syringe or the medicinal spoon provided with the bottle. Children aged 2 to 6 years: 2.5 mL to 5 mL (1/2 to 1 teaspoon), 3 times a day. Children aged 6 to 12 years: 5 mL to 10 mL (1 to 2 teaspoons), 3 times a day. Adults and Adolescents (over 12 years): 10 mL to 15 mL, 3 to 4 times a day. (Note: Adult cold tablets or capsules are generally preferred, as this pediatric formula has lower strengths for adults). ⚠️ Important Safety Advice & Warnings: ? DO NOT DOUBLE PARACETAMOL: This syrup already contains paracetamol. Do not give your child other paracetamol-containing medications (like Adol, Calpol, Fevadol, or paracetamol suppositories) at the same time. Doing so can cause a dangerous overdose that can lead to liver damage. ? Children under 2 years old: Do not give this syrup to infants under 2 years of age without direct advice and a specific dose calculated by your pediatrician. ⏰ Timing: Keep a gap of at least 6 hours between each dose. ? Drowsiness: The antihistamine in this medication will cause drowsiness, which is entirely normal. ❄️ Storage: As noted on the packaging, once the bottle is opened, it should be stored in the refrigerator. Do not freeze it.
